Terms & Conditions
Updated October 21, 2026
These terms describe the use of bustersdumpsters.com and its quote-request features. The specific rental agreement and booking terms provided for your order govern your dumpster rental.
Quote requests and bookings
Submitting a contact or quote form is a request for follow-up. It does not reserve a dumpster, confirm a delivery date, establish a final price, or take payment. Buster’s confirms service availability and project details with you. Online bookings are handled through the iCans booking tool; review the information and terms shown before completing an order.
Rental details
Before booking, confirm the dumpster size, rental period, included weight, accepted materials, delivery location, access requirements, pickup arrangements, and any additional charges. Your confirmed order or rental agreement controls these details. This website does not create a separate cancellation, refund, damage, or overage policy.
Materials and placement
Only approved materials may be loaded. Review the accepted and prohibited materials and discuss uncertain items with Buster’s before loading. Concrete, asphalt, bricks, dirt, sand, and gravel are not accepted. Keep loads within the permitted fill level and confirm safe truck access and placement with the team. Dumpster rental does not include indoor carrying, dismantling, or loading labor unless separately agreed.
Accurate requests and appropriate use
Provide accurate contact and project information, and only submit information you are authorized to share. Do not use the website to send spam, harmful code, fraudulent requests, or content that interferes with service. Website text and images may not be reused without permission from their owner, except where permitted by law.
External services
Booking, maps, social media, and other linked services are operated by their respective providers. Their own terms and privacy notices apply to your interactions with those services. Availability of a link or tool does not guarantee its uninterrupted operation.
Privacy and contacting us
Read our Privacy Policy for how website requests and related information are handled. For rental questions or issues with this website, contact [email protected] or (800) 555-7440.
